I'm 30, thin but out of shape and have been consistently drinking about 6-8 beers/day for roughly one decade. Smoke too. Quit drinking for a week once to see if I could, felt fine, just had light insomnia, but it didn't drastically change anything. No withdrawal otherwise. Would that euphoria clarity chip carriers talk about come from actually wanting to quit to change your life around you think?
Once every few months I'll have a weekend where i binge a lot more than usual. Like a 30pk in 2 days. This ends me up hung over for several days straight and have to drink just water and chicken broth to stop shitting piss
