Lots of people have powers in the game. The gun guy and the spy both sort of have powers but not flashy ones. The spy has an uncontrolled psychic ability where the moment you can't see her, all memory of her is gone from your mind. The gun guy is a member of a subservient clone race that die off quickly due to not having a good survival instinct, but when he dies he wakes up as a new one.
