Ever notice how now it's the ex-gamer goober types who are screeching about really good games and demanding they be censored? Obviously BG3 is an incredibly good once in a life time game that should be played by everyone. If everything you like is shit then your politics and opinions are worthless. Not a single person complaining about bg3 in this thread plays good games, I can absolutely guarantee that.

New anime is good. There are countless good shows made in the late 2010s and early 2020s that are of high quality like 3-gatsu no lion, Non Non Biyori Nonstop, Umumusume, Ousama Ranking, Made In Abyss, Onimai, Frieren, etc. Anyone who doesn't like new anime likely doesn't know what they're talking about and should be disregarded as a newfag who just got into anime and is still catching up on old things, or has nostalgia for toonami. Looking back, there are very few shows I have a genuine fondness for versus the variety we have now.

Additionally, manga is arguably the best it has ever been. I am following over 40 ongoing manga and many of them are timeless classics in the making.

To play devils advocate, can anyone explain how this is any worse than dragon ball super or the current arc of one piece? Because that's who it's competing with. Disclaimer: I watched 1 whole episode of this and will not be watching any more.
