Not really, the helmet is a bike helmet with a painted texture and extended compound eyes like Revi. If anything the suit reminds me as a mix of Ultraman due to the belt in torso being kinda like a timer and Gozyuger due to the texture of the undersuit.
The only thing that reminds me of Spiderman is how skintight the suit is and the dumb shoes
