I think the Morbus bombard is weak and stupid without Phosphex. But the Graviton charge cannon is alright. Same S9, but AP3 D2 with Pinning 3.
The Morbus isn't even trying. It really could be D2 and Heavy (D) if you think 4D would be excessive.
