Cygames will have to make significant changes to the dismantling aspect of the game next set or the game will suffer a lot. The same thing happened to the Pokemon TCG (not Pocket) where you can’t dismantle cards unless you have 3+. What they did was buy bulk codes of a mini set of 100 for like $7 to get materials to craft new cards instead of open new packs. This is going to happen in Shadowverse too. Why spend 30 packs on a new set where you have to build bronze, silver and golds first and you might not even get the legendary you want? It’s much safer to just spend on the base set and covert everything. This completely removes the thrill of the gacha and makes it more about math. You only pull on new sets if you want the leader and even then you’re stuck there for 350 packs unless you spend money. This whole economy kills dolphins who light spend on the battlepass and cosmetics and panders exclusively to whales.
