Despite we endlessly meming about Whisper being an overweight slob, she actually seems fairly put together most of the time. Fiona wears leather in presumably humid wooded areas, hangs around scourge's dingy-ass hideout (which might be straight up a false memory so don't quote me on that) probably smokes and drinks beer, and she's a fox. Foxes have a certain stank. But let's pretend mobian foxes don't for her sake.
So yeah my money is on Fiona being stinkier.
