I can understand that since the limit starts off a lot more strict before it gets to the full 16. Two Superstars work extremely well together, but it's better to have them be different races (like Harpy and Lamia) to make the most of their racial skills to combo them and train them to be able to contribute otherwise as well (like Harpies with Spear/Fan/Wing etc), which can take a little bit.
I love Mini dearly but her trait isn't the best unfortunately, although her level up skills help her out. If there's one benefit to the final act, Mini getting a MASSIVE power boost directly after we saved and rescued her was greatly appreciated and I'm very hapy I could see her become so strong!
