Why did they have these two all but said to be fucking each other despite being siblings?

What are some indie games with incesteous siblings. I played Nine Sols and honestly I got Ashley vibes from Nuwa.

If Coffin gets pulled because of how it portrays incest then I'm kind of worried about Nine Sols as well, because that game has two siblings who have romantic and incesteous subtext between them and it's unironically portrayed in a neutral and tragic light just like Coffin (though without the abuse and what not.)
