Big thing with GBA and 3DS is that you have two movement-transferring systems baked deeply into the gameplay - Rescue and Pair UP, respectively. There's a lot of advanced techniques with both that you can use to trivialize large portions of the game. I think people somewhat vaguely understand this for Rescue as it's in the name, but often don't understand how Pair Up can be abused, beyond offering free stats, to set up escape routes and movement pathways.
You'll never struggle with Conquest 10, 25, or 26, or Awakening Lunatic earlygame once you understand what Pair Up can actually do.
