How do I make friends online? Feels like its nearly impossible to make them when you're out of college.

In Discord channels people just talk past each other and aren't really interested in doing things with others. Friendships seem to last only a short while then fizzle out. Making guys friends sometimes seems hard because guys sort of act strange, or have weird hangups or competitive streaks with you out of nowhere.

Once someone suggested roleplaying, but honestly I've been roleplaying for 20 years since I was 10 and I've found most people there don't want to make friends. They either keep you quarantined on their lewd discord being deathly afraid you'll out them or beg you for roleplay constantly to the point of it being a serious embarrassment.

As a warning, if you don't have close bros now, at my stage in life, you're cooked. You'll never have close pals you can enjoy parts of life with. So the ones you have now? Keep them close. I lost my pals, so for me its so over.
