Yes. I got the leblanc option every single day, and I ran out after doing 3 or 4 more events with them. So there's 15/16 first time bonuses.
I'm sure there'll be more as the other PTs get added, though i'm unsure if they're added through the next palace crossovers or as they release

Managed to complete the Leblanc activities today. I used one activity item on the first day but other that I just had leblanc as an option every day
