That's not the real problem. Suppressing an entire population that violently resists is physically impossible. The problem is that organic revolutions are impossible by definition. The word "revolution" is only used in the context of large-scale societies, and large-scale societies are golem societies where nothing can happen organically and everything must be made to happen through a hierarchy of power. Every "revolution" is just the initiation of the next cycle of oppression as soon as it becomes organized.
