it's a fun fit activity with some nice cardio gains, you won't always have a weapon but you will always have your hands. the board constanlty seethes about it, so it must be doing something right. check out the /bjj/ general on /xs/

Should I go back to this gym and kick this dudes ass.
I haven't trained in a while but when I was in 7th grade I got my """Black""" belt in kickboxing so my technique isn't total shit.
Tried going to some MT gyms and everyone assumes I know MT even when I tell them I don't. Went to this gym and some asshole popped my ear drum because we were chill sparring and he decided to throw a hard right hook to "teach me a lesson" in like my 3rd time there while trying to get the MT style down. Thing is I can totally body this asshole, he's like 70 Kg, I'm 120. Had to take 1 month of because this asshole thinks he's some kind of instructor.

Newfag here trying to get better in everything but it seems a bit overwhelming
>Strength training either 3x/Week (takes a fuck load of time) or 5x/Week Upper lower (Less time but strength training consides with other shit)
>Cardio 2-3x Week
>Rolling 3-4x Week
>500 cal defecit on top because im a fat fuck
My main concern is overlaping of all these going to ruin their gains due to faitguie or other factors?
Is there a program out there or optimal split to improve my strength and cardio along side rolling?
