Ralsei killing Kris, hence Susie's emphasis on "And YOU certainly wouldn't let that happen" and why Susie goes back to his house at the end to monologue and reiterate her resolve, regardless of whether Kris can hear her or not.
Kris probably knows the end of it as well, but it doesn't matter because he's head over heels for Susie, platonically or otherwise. Her voice broke through the pain and anguish he suffered & continues to suffer, and it will continue to ring out to him for the rest of his life.
Or not, who cares. Maybe it isn't about one of their deaths. It probably is, though. The broken Deltarune certainly suggest it. Either way, it's definitely looking like either Kris or Susie, and Noelle's ability to use swords isn't helping his case.
Another aspect to talk about is that Seam has a strong suspicion of who made the NEO battle body, and if it's Alphys, that means Seam knew Alphys.
