Well, usually even a "red line" is really a gradient. so maybe it's more accurate to say, they are finding where it "gets steep". If NATO makes a strong reaction, they will stop escalation.

A fine start, but we need ~10 hydrocarbon strikes per day over ~3 months for it to really matter. And not just burning fuel tanks, destroying the critical infrastructure. Perhaps with Flamingos it will work.
