I honestly don't believe they are. I would have thought the hostages would have been shot as soon as Israel started mass murdering Palestinian civilians. So the only explanation to me is that Mossad moles control the Hamas factions that are supposedly holding the hostages, and the IDF is deliberately avoiding making contact with them so as to have an excuse to continue the killing unabated. We know Israel funded Hamas through Qatar, and they keep claiming to know how many hostages are still alive. It makes sense that they used that money and influence to infiltrate Hamas and are now using the hostages to justify their turkey shoot of Palestinian civilians. I think Israel could release the hostages any time they want. They don't want to. They were willing to fire on their own citizens with a Mass Hannibal command on October 7th 2023 just to create more casualties and justify a violent response, why wouldn't they hold hostages to do the same?
