How stupid is it to use a flash drive for backups? I only write to it once a week, and I have everything on there backed up to Mega as well. They say flash drives go tits up all the time, but I have one that I bought about 15 years ago, and it still works. Not the one I use for backups, obviously.

>1 small scoop of creatine
>1 cheap multi
>1g vitamin C
>10-15g of hydrolized collagen
>L-tryptophan
>3mg boron
>4000 IU D3 + some K2
>ecdy + turk on bulk
I want to cycle between L-tryptophan and 5-htp but I don't want to add anything else because I easily get OCD and sink too much money into this shit, at least stuff like D3, omega-3 or magnesium can be easily justified and might actually help a little.

Muscle imbalances
I have been lifting regularly for five months and I'm finally starting to see some gains. Unfortunately, im noticing that my non-dominant leg is smaller than my dominant leg; the size difference becomes especially apparent when i wear slim fit jeans and one side feels tighter than the other.

Is a little muscle imbalance natural or should I be taking corrective action like by doing a set of pistol squats or something on my weaker leg.
