Picrel is an instance where they missed one for a character in the world but not in the cutscene.

It’s crazy how obvious it all stemmed from diversity consultants telling the writing to avoid “white savior” stuff or colonialism themes (while forgetting the Wild West was built on that). Then there’s shit like picrel, they did a sweep to make sure all human NPCs are brown. This one was one they missed for her world appearance vs cutscene.
A fun fact I like to share, you do not kill ANY human NPCs in the story or even FATEs in the world. The ONLY exception is the Vanguard boss or undead monsters. Any FATE where you beat up bandits has them run away, not die.
