Smooth as in oval and not Texas-shaped? Pretty smooth, even in Toby's doodles of current Spamton his face is more flexible and cartoony than the straight-up wooden doll some people draw him as. He does retain a strong jaw and cheekbones, so even if he were to get a dietary buccal fat injection I'd imagine he keeps those visible.
