I don't really believe the work life meme either. I was looking at part time warehouse jobs in the same city this apartment is located in and you can make enough working part time at a warehouse to afford this. Sure, this is in a "lower class" area but what does that really mean for Japan? A place with virtually no crime, no niggers, no spics? It means nothing other than everything around you is just older and maybe you are looked at as lesser by wider society. This is also not far from public transit either. You don't even need a fucking car. Compare that to America. Can you live in the lower class areas in American cities? I mean I guess you can if you want to take that dice roll. America is a grind for anyone who desires safety. You constantly have to be chasing the bag to live in the upper class area out of self preservation alone. Either you are super wealthy and can live in the upper class areas within the city or you have to escape to the outer suburbs. In which case you would need a car, insurance, and you would make 60 minute round trip commutes every day. Are you adding that on to your "work life"?

Not him but it's common sense. A part time warehouse worker in a city like Fukuoka will clear $1k easy. Then they can live in apartments like picrel. Unlike America, they don't have to fear living in lower income inner city areas because they don't have niggers or spics. You can literally be broke in Japan and live a decent life.
