Honestly, work out during the day. It will naturally burn you out.
Melatonin works too (under the tongue).
Don't rely on sleep aid chemicals because they have stupid side effects.
But here is a life hack. Over the counter gravel works wonders. It's for neaseau but it has a sleep aid in it that doesn't cause side effects (like groggyness).
I think the dose is 2 pills for an adult. But I hate meds. So I only ever took half of 1 pill. It knocks you out big time. And I'm 6'2" and 230lbs.
(Just don't take it on a full stomach because it'll hardly work. And it can't be mixed with booze at all).
