The refusal to accept things can be better elsewhere is a good sign of propaganda being fed since childhood.
USA is very flawed compared to most first world.
You should consider why USA is so corpo friendly and why Americans voted in a president who threatens war all over the place and is now defending pedos and human traffickers. And then ask yourself why Republicans and right-wing in general defends him.

I have my fair share of criticism of BG3, and this is coming from someone who bought it in early access. I'm very left-leaning person and have no problem with the game's """woke""" things even if few of them are questionable and have romantic relationship flaws(overly playersexual characters). Mainly writing and characters and what a non-character your custom character is as you end up being an errand boy for your companions rather than having your unique story or such.
BotW is fucking flawed as well. Be it breaking weapons or boring unlocks. Or some questionable design. Characters are fun. I just think TotK is an objective upgrade, Purah becoming adult is preference of course(I liked loli Purah). That is still a flawed game with some of the same problems.

I think both BG3 and BotW(or TotK) are excellent games on first playthrough or like first 20 hours, but if you played older CRPGs or Zelda games, the cracks start showing up.
Also Ape Escape 3 could make the list, but this board these days is very anti-"tranime" and finds lolis very problematic so I guess it's out of the question despite being an excellent game all around. MGS3 should make the list maybe?
I dunno, /v/ is very divisive. My own taste in vidya is very questionable and I like shitty games so I don't want to judge too much.

Just don't slap all dislike towards games you think are good as "contrarianism". If like over 20% of the board are "contrarians" about a game, then should it be on a list of "games /v/ agrees are great"? Like even if it's retardation like idpol shit, but it's still a list about /v/. Not a "If /v/ would actually play vidya and had smart posters, these games would be considered great here".
