All MS games work perfectly on Linux. They had an opportunity to gimp them but they didn't. They are probably more concerned PC gaming goes through Steam and not MS Store. They couldn't care less if the lost profits are on Linux or Windows. Even if Windows had 100% market share they'd still see zero cut from Steam.
Microsoft is not doing a rug pull and forcing publishing only through MS Store because too much software relies on other distribution methods, much of it is the only reason Windows is used. Enterprise et al is worth far more than whatever pennies they'd get from normies on MS Store. Google couldn't monetize Play Store satisfactorily and even Apple who succeeded at it with App Store has to bend the knee for some software still popular on Mac.
And SteamOS is just an immutable arch. Valve contributions are important but not pivotal. They repeatedly keep saying it's not a Windows replacement.

There are no OLEDs at that size with VRR support. It's either VRR or OLED at least for now.
Also the new AMD APUs are expensive as fuck. They have to cut corners anywhere they can. Deck is using an ancient Zen2 APU that was a laptop reject die and still isn't that cheap. Hopefully we'll see better x86->arm translation and Qualcomm drivers down the line and AMD's greed is punished.

What would the selling point of a PS6 even be at this point? It feels like this gen never even got started yet. The games look fine, any improvement would be extremely marginal at best. It feels like there aren't even that many games on the PS5. I think they're going to stretch this gen out a bit.

It is not only that Astrobot is "Playstation". It's mainly "Playstation 5". That is the most absurd part to me, flying in PS5 controller shaped spaceship and all. I'm not sure but I think they wanted their own "smash bros collab" kind of game and decided to make a platformer where the bots dress up as "Playstation related" IPs.
It's very strange and I wonder can Astrobot even survive on next console without changing it's identity. But they already dropped Crash and Spyro. They dropped Jak and Sly, while thrusting Ratchet&Clank to side. They pumped Uncharted games out for a while, and dropped Sackboy to wayside slowly. They made two TLOU games over and over again and killed Japan Studio and it's franchises with it for "lack of profits"(while dropping $400 million on Concord and $3.6 BILLION on Bungie).
Now they have Horizon remake coming, and both GoW and Ratchet&Clank got rebooted. It is depressing that GoW is the better reboot of those two. What will happen to Astrobot?
Playstation's controller buttons are more memorable than any of their IPs. It's good button design I give you that but I doubt Astrobot will be around in 10 years. Or then they are gonna keep it as safest platformer crossover thing.

Boletaria's outer edges still having intricate and cosmetic architectures bothers me a lot. That was meant to be reserved for the inner quarters the capital.
The edges are plain and practical. But the further into the capital the more elaborate the architecture becomes.

This is lost completely in the remake where decided to make the architecture fancy everywhere.
They also made it into overgrown ruins, even though the capital aren't old ruins or even fully abandoned. Still in use.

Well, it basically rips-off Galaxy's and 3d World levels' structure and combines them into a single game, while fixing and polishing some of their flaws (actually controllable camera, analog movement, no worthless mini planetoids etc).
It actually destroys Nintendo in at least one factor, the bossfights are extremely varied and well executed, you never fight the same boring guy ten times like you would in those other games.
Aside from that, the base moveset is pretty barren compared to Mario, but the gameplay revolves around power ups anyway.
The nostalgic Playstation stuff it's ok, even great because they actually represent the cool, niche Japanese shit, and not just their dogshit western modern movie trash.
Overall it's great and pretty fun, anyone should play it, even though it never reaches its source material's freshness and originality peaks.

That's not to great a feat. I think the only Nintendo series which has had boss design I really like is Metroid.
