Concretely, I don't think lust is responsible for this. I'm quite interested in tantrism, in sexual energies, and for me, being highly sexually active isn't a flaw. Again, it goes beyond simply the bad behavior of non-whites. It's a question of continuity, of lineage.
Personally, I don't share your view of reincarnation and purpose. Maybe for samsara, why not. But for me, the purpose of this life on Earth is to experience as many things as possible. Some lives are spent exploring magic, being a mage. Others are spent being a soldier, joining the army. Still others are spent healing people.
I'm more of that mindset: developing an art, a specific skill. Until I've completed this work on these arts or skills, I can't leave this planet.
But there's still this racial aspect. And probably, in Black people or non-white people in general, the face is more difficult to distinguish. This makes it more complex to read emotions, and in my opinion, it leads to more aggression. So, in my opinion, it is a real handicap not to be white. Non-white people give off a vibrational frequency of darkness while the white race embodies light.
