American leftism aren't Individualist. They're collectivists. That's what race politics is. "Group justice" "social justice". They're all abstractions designed to not view you as an individual but as a member of a group. "Trans rights" are about making transgenderism a sacred cow you're not allowed to fire people over. But what is allowed as discrimination and what is not is arbitrary. Why should it be illegal to be racist and refuse to hire someone because they're Asian but legal to refuse to hire someone because they're short?
