Marvel sets get an OCDONOTSTEAL set for Arena because Marvel Snap exists and Disney doesn’t want to compete against itself. Everything else that’s a regular set and not Commander/Secret Lairshit is in Arena normally.

Yes, although for what it’s worth most of it is Secret Lairs or Commandershit. The only proper crossover sets have been Lord of the Rings, Final Fantasy, and soon Spider-Man (which won’t be in Arena because Disney sucks) and Avatar.
