People say they are still broken but honestly yesterday i stock-to-spaded the F5-E-FCU and not a single missle failed (Aim9-P-4 and Pythons3).
I felt HE bullets in guns very inconsistent on the other hand. Sometimes, 5x Hits did no damage, sometime a single bullet utterly vaporizes the enemy. I switched to the belts for armored targets and it worked better.
