Those services aren't selling the games, they are selling access to a whole library of games licensed by the publishers that begins and ends with a clear subscription period. These services will still run as usual because they aren't responsible for maintaining the games. If anything, those services only stand to gain from SKG because if a publisher kills the server for one of the games in this library, it's one less game they can incentivize people to subscribe for.
