i prefer aftershock over afterlight for recruitable soldiers and less brown/red before terraforming
good games though, replayed it every now and then
just wish the games have a modern counterpart with better game balance, variety, and less brutal difficulty spikes

realtime plays like a janky rts with overpowered dual wielding
also brainsucker pods were obviously designed with realtime in mind

the ufo series i think plays realtime mode really well
