It did had wackier animation, even for dumb shit like Stocking eating, the characters this season aren't expressive enough and the colors are too bright, I'm sure the lack of more expressive animation is due to budget but the colors being too bright was intentional according to the making of video

Why the fuck did they announce a new VA for Fastener if he hasn't done any noises or pretty much anything this season? if you include this episode Fastener only has 3 mute cameos on this season and I feel he was only included here during the car scene as a callback to season 1 episode 6 where he was introduced
Is he going to make noises again in a later episode or were his scenes cut during the year and a half delay? his VA is still in the credits so unless his audio was a last minute removal I don't get it
