You're just an animal in the zoo and instead of breaking out of the zoo your peers say you need to find a purpose in the zoo.

depression is just one of the symptoms of industrial society. humans are biologically wired for primitive life and you were suddenly thrown into a soulless concrete zoo. you can "self-improve" how ever you like but ultimately it won't change anything
