Are havensissies really going to trade their autowin matchup against roach for more balanced matchups across the board?

Portal feels like such a chore to play, I want to queue more but it's so draining.

Ok, so as puppet this will take away 2pp and an evo point from me, 4pp, or 6 pp and an evo point. So all I can do most likely is play a 2 pp follower if I have any or my Sasuke after that. If I use my evo options then I take more damage as well. If I don't have any of those cards in my hand that can kill him because I used it for other threats like Jeno on the turn before this then I am fucked. Anything I'm missing?

Do skill groups still exist in the master-grandmaster bracket?
