I think either Haru or Rice. Rice was just really touching, and I enjoyed the sort of reversal with Haru going from running to fun to caring a little about winning. The bits with Uma A getting mad at her are heartbreaking.
Matikanefukukitaru was also surprisingly endearing. Haven't gotten to Halo's yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
