Those sell for 500 euros in GSM stores here and I'm always told I should not buy anything from them. Hell, I should not even enter just to look around because they are so scummy. Multinational stores sell it for around 700-750 euros here.
I ain't paying that much for a phone. I've been using the one I use now for at least 5 years, and it only cost me around 160 euros brand new.
