A Civil War is 100% going to have multiple anti-government factions fighting each other. You cannot seriously expect pic related to have any sort of lasting alliance with BLM or Antifa types. Even alliances of ideologically aligned groups, such as Islamists in Syria, have fallen apart due to power struggles and purity spiraling. And a lot of it will boil down to murdering political opponents because of shit they said online because the internet is ultimately still an extension of the physical world.

Aside from the fact you're paraphrasing a President who literally lost to the Taliban, all of that relies on infrastructure that's basically open to attack because the entire American military-industrial complex is built around fighting enemies a thousand miles away, not an enemy one mile away.
