It's a little slower at 12 seconds for an un-upscaled gen (40s total for 1.5x upscale) but it's not difficult by any means.
I haven't tried to make any of those meme videos locally but I hear it takes forever for most people anyway.

Like the other anon said Flux is basically unmatched atm but good luck running a 22gb model locally. Flux-1 Schnell has a 12gb vram version which is possible but I haven't tried it myself. (Chroma and Krea are also flux-based models)
I've also seen DHXL pop up and there are pony-based 3dpd models if you're still into that I guess.
I don't really care much for realism its just fun to toy with on occasion and UncannyValley is pretty quick and versatile so its nice to keep around.
