Just do what the RX 7000 copers tell you and play games on Linux with FSR4 mods enabled.
It's only a 20 FPS penalty @ upscaled 4K.
In all seriousness, wait for the next generation of AMD cards.
RDNA5/UDNA1 is worth waiting over RDNA4 if you have an RX 7000 card.
