buying a house was literally the worst fucking decision I have ever made in my life and I regret ever doing it. I fucking HATE this shit. I know this will result in a net loss because housing is a depreciating asset that breaks down the moment you get it just like a car. I would literally rather rent an apartment for the rest of my life at a higher cost than have to deal with the infinite amount of stress and timewasting bullshit a house entails.
