Acceleratium and Augmentation Bestowal are due to Artifact Portal shenanigans.
I don't remember whether it was Handless or Wrath that led to Restless Parish ban, but the gist was that the 0 cost ping/-1 hand size was too strong.
Gilnelise ban was undeserved since stronger cards were banned and then reverted, but she's a control card in a hecking wholesome format
