Really it depends upon how much the necromatic energy animating their body offsets the rigor mortis and halts decay. I can deal with cold dead flesh but not stiff hard titties and the smell of rotten flesh.
My Forsaken Warlock in World of Warcraft could do it easily, Undead in that series just reduce anything they eat to necrotic energy that animates them, so yeah I'm good.
