they're completely different cards, iron patriot has been nerfed and the recent ota affected him too indirectly with the nerf to juggernaut, it's still a good card that is basically mandatory in "iron hand" archetype where you can do a crazy combo, you play hood on t1, then patriot + demon on turn t3 and then you go misery on t4
