Denji kept questioning Death Devil's story all the way until Death flashed her panties. And after Fumiko told her side of events, Denji implied he wasn't buying it until she gave him a nude pic of herself.
Right now he's basically weighing his options based on who has been "putting out" the most (the editor text even says that "The standard for judging between good and evil is desire!").
Denji basically decides who lives or dies based on who's the best piece of ass out of the bunch.

Your sweet little princess Asa is the most protected character Fujimoto has ever created in CSM history.
It's reached the point where he struggles to find any way to use her without breaking her porcelain princess image and upsetting her fanbase, therefore he just elects to use Yoru instead, since it's a more flexible character that fits well with CSM's crazy shenanigans.
The sissies that Asa's inclusion brought along to read CSM simply don't understand the nature of the manga at all, which is proven by them over-analyzing the hell out of a gag scene like Denji trying to hit her with a chair.
He also kicked Aki in the balls like 50 times, and Power drove over him with a car, that kind of madness is what CSM is all about.
