Weather, slow bullets, chasing nuke and ice floor edicts done today, plus a lot of improvements and fixes for the edict picking UI which should make it fully functional. I hate UI.

To make JENNY as indie as possible I'm adding level mutators called Edicts, they are effects written in demonic legalese changing the rules of nature. Today I worked on weather, ice floor, chasing nuke and slow bullets edicts. Surprisingly things didn't break.
Now I just need a random edict mode for the true indie roguelike experience.
