OP is an idiot. If the Chinese destroyer wanted to ram a rinky-dinky filipino boat, it would have done so.
The seoncdary Chinese Coast Guard boat didnt see or dont think the Chinese destroyer would reach it so fast and collided with the destroyed. Destroyer has a few scratches while the front of the Coast Guard ship was damaged as shown in the OP pic. China will just replace the Coast Guard boat with the other 5895478958943893893839 ships it has.
