>make the gynoid say I love you every minute of the day
>make it play pretend loving wife with fake memories
I think it's the "putting on an act" that turns me off the most. I rather have the thing give me dead fish eyes and simply nod along with whatever I order it to do than try to hold a conversation with it or have it "act cute" like some kind of house pet. If she agrees with everything I say, when in reality has no idea what the fuck I'm talking about then it's just going to make me bitter and resent myself for trying.

>political enemies getting to contribute to the culture
Holy shit you were from /pol/ all this time. It makes so much sense. Also not every work of fiction is a guideline for culture. Some stuff is purely for entertainment. A reasonable person chooses what impacts their social and cultural beliefs. Anyone that falls for whatever you're insinuating should be better educated and you shitting up threads on /co/ isn't gonna do that. You're just as much a pathetic "culture keyboard warrior" as any subhuman on Twitter.

>Connie has sex with an asshole and enters an open relationship
>learns from her mistake
Okay, so Bobby moves on from her and they stay friends? That's the issue. Bobby should realistically have a girlfriend loyal to him who didn't know him in childhood but suddenly realism doesn't matter, so Connie can get her safety net white husband. Wonder Years did this ages ago with the MC as an adult having a wife not be his childhood crush and it worked.
