I'm left handed playing right hand guitar.
Never saw the reason or the appeal for handedness on the guitar unless there are more severe bio-mechanical issues at play (losing a finger etc.) and right guitars just means 100x more options when it comes to purchases.
But that also means I don't see any problem in playing left handed guitar as a right handed guy.
