Dont think there is any other games that does it.

I mean look at how aerith and tifa are written differently to cover the full spectrum of mens tastes. Even their soundtracks are truly legendary especially aeriths theme

Dont think any other game had any chance. But ME 2 comes close ( Mordin, Garrus, Thane, Legion are really good characters )
