It's never about the fetish itself, just how much traction the forum topic gets. If the game has a niche audience the thread remains burried and doesn't attract too much attention outside of f95. If, however, the thread gains traction it is immediately bumped to the top of the page and gains more attention. The mods don't care about the fetish contained in the game so long as it isn't made obvious that they are hosting said fetish (read: noticed by the normalfags).
