This really depends on how you want to go about it. I recommend watching in this order:

Season 1 > Season 1 BNW no Chikai OVA if you can find it > Season 2 > Road to the Top > Beginning of New Era > Cinderella Gray > Star Blossom Manga > Season 3

Season 1 is just CYgame starting out this IP and seeing what stick. Its mostly Cute girls doing cute thing with slice of life.. Season 2 is when they try to make it a Sport Drama. Road to the Top is a proper attempt on Season 3. Beginning of New Era is what happen if CYGame use their Gacha money to buy a better animation studio. Cinderella Grey a proper Sport drama with the studio that made the movie, all the derby and less on the Pretty. Its a fuckton more Shonen than Slice of Life. Season 3 is a shitshow and I place it last.

The anime got progressively cooler and cooler.
